The owner was very prompt to respond to the order made online and within half an hour, contacted me to confirm the order and explain what the next steps will be. The palm tree was delivered on time and I was updated every step of the way, which gave me a lot of confidence that everything was being taken care of. Artificial Plants supply an exceptionally high standard of goods, with all products looking identical to the real thing. The finished set pieces are always a talking point, and I find everyone is astounded when they are told the plants and trees arent real! The staff are very knowledgable and will help you make your ideas into reality, with efficiency and ease from start to finish. The customer service really is second to none, and the customer is at the heart of all they do. I wouldn't shop anywhere else....

I ordered three coconut trees for my backyard as we wanted a low maintenance solution that give us tropical feeling in our back garden. So where do I start! They have left me speechless with their generosity and fantastic services! These guys are the Best in Business! They love nature and it shows the way they decore showroom . Their customer service is par excellence! I don't know any other business online or otherwise who would go above and beyond in dealing with their customers. Always wanted a bird of paradise but I couldn’t have it because it is toxic to cats. I got an 8 ft bird of paradise from them. Sunny is very knowledgeable, very responsive and even went above and beyond and helped me shaped the plant as I am not knowledgeable enough to do it nicely and make it look real. Great price and amazing quality. This faux plant really completed my living room and elevated the look of it! I received lots of compliments from friends and family when they visit! Highly recommend them to everyone!
